DiLisi, a graduate of the Western Culinary Academy (in Portland), nonetheless cooks with an intriguing point of view, honed after stints at the Union Club, the Inn at Turner’s Mill, Pier W, the Baricelli Inn and, most recently, Flour in Moreland Hills. His menu not only features a few delicious oddballs, like poutine ignited with hot sauce ($11.50) and beet tartar with yogurt ($11), it skips freely among cultures. Menu real estate is shared by Pork belly ramen, ricotta gnudi and tofu meatballs.
